This Is How We Do It

Meet the Owner

Hi! I'm Rachel, and Highland Dreamery is the culmination of so many of my own dreams.

I grew up in a family full of cooks. Bringing people together and serving delicious food is my family's passion, and I've loved making desserts for as long as I can remember. I always knew someday I wanted to open a place of my own, but that seemed like a pipe dream. I recently came across a journal entry of mine from July 2021, which ended with: “How incredible would it be to own an ice cream shop? Talk about a dream life.” It’s hard to believe that less than a year later, the universe conspired to make that a reality.

I am so excited to fulfill my dreams and create sweet ones for you!
